By the time I got to eat lunch today, I was staaarrrrving. Because I get up at 5:30 and usually eat breakfast by 6:30, 1 pm is just too late. By then, I’m ravenous.
Brad helped me whip this up quickly as I dashed out the door to work. I had a banana and PB whole wheat wrap, with just a little sprinkle of granola for crunch, plus veggies and hummus.
I first had this wrap at a cafe in Hickory, NC where I used to live. I usually also include some honey, as I first had it, but completely forgot in my rush this morning. It was still delicious.
One of the reasons, I personally cannot go hours and hours between meals, is because once I do eat, I do not feel satisfied. This is why I broke into my afternoon snack 30 minutes after lunch.
Back when I used to eat regular yogurt daily, lemon was my very favorite flavor. So when Chobani told me they would be sending me some of their newest flavors, including lemon, I was super excited. Yes, I get excited over yogurt. 😉
Lemon Chobani does not disappoint. No question, it is now my favorite Greek yogurt flavor. Now, I just have to find out where they will be selling this in Charlotte. My fingers are crossed that it’s at a nearby Harris Teeter.
Happy Friday! Brad’s parents are coming into town this weekend, so I have big plans to clean the condo tonight and thankfully I have a sweet husband who helps out around the house. 🙂
