Tropical 30 minute oats

My free samples from Chobani are not going to last very long, that’s for sure.

I cooked up the perfect use for this mango Chobani to use with breakfast this morning.

Actually, it required absolutely no cooking at all…

…because it was 30 minute oats, Brad’s favorite way to eat oatmeal.

Tropical 30 Minute Oats (serves 2)

Single size Mango Chobani
2/3 cup raw rolled oats
2/3 cup almond milk
1 sliced banana
1/2 cup cubed mango
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup almond crunch granola

Mix yogurt, oats, and milk and allow to sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.  Add banana and mix well. Distribute mixture equally between two bowl.  Top each bowl with half of the mango, coconut and granola.

This was delicious and a nice change since I don’t typically eat mango most mornings. Of course, you could make this with regular Greek yogurt, but using the mango Chobani made my 30 minute oats so good and just a little sweet.
