After doing some dishes and cleaning my neglected kitchen, I was ready for coffee and a bowl of yogurt messiness.
I swear there is yogurt under there somewhere.
My yogurt mess had…
2/3 cup of full fat Greek Gods yogurt
1/2 sliced banana
~1/4 cup raspberries
~2 Tbsp. cranberry flax granola
1/2 crumbled cranberry orange scone
1 Tbsp. AB
1 Tbsp. raspberry jam
This was out-of-control delicious.
For the rest of the morning, I worked, made some phone calls, and nursed a second cup of coffee…very necessary today.
Blog Update: My Quick Meals have been added to my recipe page. I did not put a lot of my quick meals up because it requires using more labor intensive leftovers, which is always a good idea for a quick meal. A lot of times I take a bed of salad greens and top with leftover protein, roasted veggies, grain, or the combination of two of these. However, for this section, I’m focusing on complete meals you can make very very quickly. They’re not fancy, but I think they’re delicious.
