Does anyone ever feel hungry for a snack but don’t know what you want?
Me neither.
I always know exactly what I want or everything sounds good so I just choose one…or maybe two.
I like snacks that are sweet or at least carby and savory. Every once in a while I’ll eat a vegetable as part of my snack, but those snacks are few and far between. I save veggies for my meals.
Here are some of my favorite snacks.
Dried Fruit and Nuts
Greek Yogurt with Peanut Butter and Honey
Bread smeared with Greek Yogurt, Raspberry Jam, and Raspberries
Crackers and Cottage Cheese
Pistachios and Kiwis
Apples sprinkled with Cinnamon and Almond Butter
