yum I love tabouli! and middle eastern food too (my definition’s pretty much the same as yours). I have never tried my hand at tabouli myself, I’ll have to test your recipe sometime.

Yum! I’ve seen a handful of “sweet” salsas lately and wanna make one myself! I’ve had mango salsa before but it had a strange sweet kick unlike what you describe… Sweet and savory is my favorite combo!

This looks good, but I’ve been having a really hard time finding bulgar where I live! I guess I may have to make the 30 minutes drive to Whole Foods (doesn’t it seem weird that Trader Joe’s doesn’t carry it?)
