What’s more fun than a tiered skirt?
How about a ruffly dress with a tiered skirt and all kinds of interesting tucks and gathers?
On Saturday, I stumbled upon this cool boutique in the South End neighborhood of Charlotte called The Niche Market.
AND they were having 40% off of EVERYTHING.
I only had $20 in my pocket so I vowed to come back.
Luck would have it, they had one of these dresses left in my size!
I was hesitant to wear something so “interesting” to work, but decided that new dresses should be worn sooner rather than later, else their newness would wear off.
If you’re a Charlottean and like cool affordable boutiques, you should definitely check them out.
