Although I did not document the two days we spent at The Homestead this past week, I did manage to capture my two outfits for cocktails and dinner both nights.
It’s not everyday I get to play dress up, so I took this as an opportunity to show off some dressier duds.
On Thursday night I wore a dark purple, silk, dress with a gathered waist. I paired it with cluster pearl earrings and gold peep toe pumps.
On Friday night, I wore a strapless red silk dress, paired with my nude peep toe pumps and my huge turquoise necklace.
On both nights, I used a small leather cream colored clutch.
I think it’s really fun to get dressed up and even though I wouldn’t want to do it every night, picking out clothes for both of these dinners were in and of itself a good time. 🙂
