I am not really a fan of wearing red and black.
It makes me feel kind of like a checkerboard or Claudia from the The Babysitters’ Club, who every girl, who grew up in the early 90’s, knows only wore red and black.
But sometimes I made an exception. I think wearing a bit of white like this black and white patterned skirt, somehow softens the red and black contrast. I think it works anyway.
I paired the top and skirt combo with black patent leather peep show pumps. They are my not-too uncomfortable pumps because the heel is modest so I can walk a bit in them.
Do you have any aversions to particular color combinations?
