I got my hair highlighted today at Modern Salon for the first time in forevah!
I really like it! It’s subtle but just a bit different. Now my hair just needs to grow grow grow!
I also stopped by Target who has some seriously cute spring dresses right now. I may or may not have picked up a few. 🙂 Can you tell I’m itching for spring?
While I was out and about I snacked on walnuts, raisins, and an apple.
I returned home after my hair appointment to find this little box making a lot of noise. All of the condo units in our building have these intercom systems for the fire alarm and other emergencies. People can also call up to our condo from the front door, but we never use it for this reason because everyone we know has a cell phone.
The noise was due to condo staff testing the fire alarms. This went on for about an hour, much to my dismay. I started getting a bit of a headache in the salon and the constant alarm and fire announcements were not helping my headache in any way.
A little after 1 pm, I threw together my lunch.
I had a salad of mixed greens with carrots, tomatoes, red bell pepper, avocado and my green tahini dressing mixed with a little bit of water to thin it out a bit.
The rain has finally stopped here so hopefully I can get out with Rascal for a walk this afternoon.
The best part of today is yet to come: Brad comes home tonight. 🙂
