In a jiffy

Lunch was simple and thrown together in a jiffy.

If you ever learn to make something that is just a little fancy but really easier than you probably think, make this red wine Portobello risotto.  I promise you won’t be disappointed.  It’s three days old and it still tastes amazing.  No lie.

I packed pretty much the same salad I’ve been eating all week: spinach, carrots, celery, tomatoes, Parmesan Reggiano, and sprouted peas with a bit of bottled salad dressing.

I texted Brad this afternoon to say that I want to take him out on a date.  Running will wait.  I really need some quality time with my guy.
